From my rowing coach: >consider that you are working on patterns that are fatigue resistant, or planning for patterns of movement when fatigued. IOW i don’t want to rely on a technique that requires that I am fresh to execute. I want to row as I will when I am wasted. competition proof.

What’s the equivalent for attention, distractibility, and the routines and patterns of work for my working day? What are the fatigue-resistant patterns that will help me focus on the right thing, at the right time, and in the right way?
